Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis in Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her a BA (with distinction) in Theatre and Communications. After moving into Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts as she began performing as well as choreographing over twenty-one musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's prize-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land films and TV roles when she learned improvisation, and later became a Theatre West company member. The voice of her and petite stature have enabled Kelly to be able to play a variety of diverse roles. Her collaboration together with Naomi Watts as Samara the villain In The Ring 2 is well known, however she's also more well-known for her role as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a TV Land series regular between 2011 and 2015, appearing as an attorney in the daytime and the nightclub host. In addition she appeared as the main Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she as the flirty, sassy sister of Alyssa Miano. The show also featured her as the suburban mother who is anxious in CW No Tomorrow. She sang in soprano for various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. In the last few years, she has been known as the dim, but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's hit comedy Superstore. The private world of her life is quiet. She loves spending time with her family, including two small children.
